Concept of E-Resort, an innovative vertically integrated resort
What does a holiday look like when the whole resort runs as one system? SoloMedia produced a video presentation of the E-Resort concept for Northern Caucasus Resorts and told it through the story of one guest, Ivan Ivanov. He builds his trip in an online planner, scans a QR code at the airport to get a personal guest card, rides to the hotel in a branded taxi, collects pre-booked rental gear, passes the lift gate by face recognition, checks how busy the lifts are right from his hotel room and can call rescuers at any moment.
The first part of the film explains why it matters: a comparison with European resorts in tourist flow, service and safety, and the role of E-Resort in building the resort cluster. The film combines motion infographics, 3D animation and a walkthrough of the E-Resort portal.
