Website concept: a TV channel in your browser
In 2014 SoloMedia developed a website concept for REN TV that works like the channel itself: the live broadcast plays right in the browser, and every episode of its news and entertainment shows is always at hand in the archive. Viewers tick their favorite categories and shows, build a personal channel out of them and share what they are watching with friends — via social networks or with a message that pops up on top of the stream.
Around the player sits a full-fledged channel website: news, TV schedule, on-air personalities and show pages.
